Course Description
This two-to-four-hour overview is targeted toward busy senior executives, providing them with a strategic perspective on what makes ODI revolutionary and powerful. Participants come away with an understanding of how ODI guides organizational strategy and how their organization's innovation capabilities and top- and bottom-line can be transformed.
