Biography: Brett has more than 20 years of marketing and full-service market research management and consulting experience, with a focus on the technology, financial services and healthcare / pharmaceutical sectors.
Prior to joining Strategyn, Brett served as Research Director and Chief Operating Officer for StandPoint Marketing Research, a full-service quantitative and qualitative marketing research and consulting firm focused on the healthcare / pharmaceutical, home improvement and consumer brand industries. Prior to that, he was Vice President and Director of Research & Design for Specifics, Inc., a full-service business-to-business market research and consulting firm serving global technology and healthcare / pharmaceutical clients. He also previously served as Director of Strategic Marketing for a key U.S. subsidiary of ING Group, one of the largest diversified financial services providers in the world.
Brett is an Honors graduate of the University of Georgia, from which he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics.
Personal: I have a terrific 16-year-old daughter who just started college. Not wanting to be viewed as an overprotective father, I told her that she'll be allowed to date as soon as she turns 35.
Hobbies: Fitness-related activities ... I work out regularly and enjoy racquetball, tennis and volleyball. I'm also a huge college football fan, especially when it comes to the University of Georgia. Go Dawgs! I also enjoy traveling and the opportunity to explore new places, and reading -- when I have the chance.
What People Don't Know About Me: My dad was a career Army officer so we relocated quite a bit during my childhood. By the time I was in 7th grade, I had attended eight different schools. And that's without having been expelled from any of them.
